Hi, My Airport Extreme doesn't connect to the internet by the PPPoE, when it connects it gets the IP 0.0.0.1 and doesn't work at all. I did the same configuration in my computer (Username, password, DNS server...) and plugging the same ethernet cable: works well. Also I tried with another router of my friend. There both usernames work fine! I went to the iCentre which I bought my Airport (Delft - NL) and they told me to cal the iCentre Helpdesk 0900 520 20 20 - and I tried without success (noone replied). Could this be a problem with the airport extreme hardware? note: if I put my airport using Ethernet connection, and Connection Sharing Off (Bridge Mode) works fine but by this way I need to create a PPPoE Connection by the WIFI, which doesn't bother me, in spite of the fact that the problem is because I can't connect thru this way my iPhone and etc. So, I hope that somebody can Help me. I already tried two user accounts, resetting, testing with another router of other brand and it works, connecting straight from the cable of my computer. *and sorry, I don't speak dutch (yet) =) Best Regards, Diogo Pires Ferreira |
